Why run First Aid at Work training in Leicester
Leicester is one of the UK's most diverse economies — a major centre for textiles and garment manufacturing, food production and FMCG, logistics and distribution at Magna Park and along the M1/M69 corridor, professional and financial services in the city centre and at Meridian Business Park, two universities (Leicester and De Montfort), University Hospitals of Leicester NHS Trust, and significant retail at Highcross and Fosse Park. Choosing a local EFAW provider means your first-aid training reflects the real risks your staff face — whether that's a cardiac emergency in a Highcross store, a slip or trip in a Fosse Park warehouse, a manual-handling injury at Magna Park, or a workplace accident at a textile factory in Belgrave or Beaumont Leys. Our trainers know Leicester and the county, delivering recognised, practical courses that keep your organisation HSE-compliant and your people confident to act.
As a principal city of the East Midlands, Leicester has a diverse economy with strengths in engineering, food production, and distribution. With thousands of people employed across these sectors, businesses have a clear obligation under the Health and Safety (First-Aid) Regulations 1981 to ensure an adequate number of trained first aiders are present.

Getting here

By car, the venue is around 10 minutes from M1 Junction 21 and 12 minutes from M69 Junction 3, with the A5199 (Leicester Road) running directly past the door — making it easy to reach from Leicester city centre, Oadby, Blaby, Glen Parva, and out to Hinckley, Lutterworth, Market Harborough, and Loughborough. Free on-site parking is available at the hotel. The nearest train station is South Wigston (around 1.5 miles, 6 min by car), with Leicester Station (4 miles north) providing fast East Midlands Railway services to London St Pancras (1h), Birmingham, Nottingham, and Derby. Frequent Arriva 84 and 85 buses run along Leicester Road and stop a 2-minute walk from the venue.
Onsite first aid training in Leicester — workplace EFAW for your team
We run onsite first aid training across Leicester and the surrounding area — your venue, your team, your schedule.
Our trainers regularly deliver on-site First Aid at Work courses across Leicester and Leicestershire — the city centre, Belgrave, Beaumont Leys, Meridian Business Park, Fosse Park, Enderby, Magna Park (Lutterworth), Bardon, Birstall, Narborough, Blaby, Syston, Oadby, Wigston, Hinckley, Coalville, Market Harborough, Melton Mowbray and Loughborough. The 3-day First Aid at Work course is the right choice for higher-risk workplaces — food and FMCG production (Walkers / PepsiCo, Samworth Brothers), textile manufacturing, engineering and advanced manufacturing, warehousing and distribution at Magna Park and along the M1/M69, construction projects and large healthcare settings — where the 1-day Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW) certificate is not enough under your HSE first-aid needs assessment.
