Why renew your First Aid at Work certificate in Basingstoke with Brity
Basingstoke is one of the largest commercial centres in North Hampshire, sitting directly on the M3 with a mix of major head-office, R&D, technology, professional services, retail, hospitality and logistics employers concentrated around Chineham Park, Basing View, Houndmills and Daneshill. Training Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW) locally — at The Hampshire Court Hotel on Centre Drive (RG24 8FY), in the heart of Chineham Park — keeps staff off the M3 to London or Southampton, saves travel time, and lets us deliver on-site closed courses for groups of 6 or more across the wider RG postcode area.
As a major economic hub in Hampshire, Basingstoke hosts a large number of corporate headquarters and technology firms. For these businesses, ensuring adequate first-aid provision under the Health and Safety (First-Aid) Regulations 1981 is a critical part of their operational and legal framework.

Getting here
Basingstoke is one of the best-connected towns on the South Western mainline. Basingstoke station has very frequent direct services to London Waterloo (around 45 minutes), Reading, Southampton, Bournemouth and the West Country. By road the town sits directly on the M3 (Junctions 6 and 7), with the A33, A339 and A303 fanning out across Hampshire — and the M25 a short drive east. The Hampshire Court Hotel training venue is just off Junction 6 of the M3 with free on-site parking; the Centre Court bus stop is a 4-minute walk away, and Basingstoke station is around 10 minutes by taxi.

About First Aid at Work Requalification training in Basingstoke
Our 2-day Basingstoke First Aid at Work Requalification course refreshes the full HSE-aligned first aid syllabus in 12 contact hours — half the classroom time of the original 3-day course — and issues a new certificate valid for 3 years. We deliver on-site Requalification groups directly at your Basingstoke premises — Chineham Business Park, Houndmills, Crockford Lane, Viables, corporate offices along the A30 and A33, manufacturers and distribution centres across RG21, RG22, RG23 and RG24 — which works particularly well when 4 or more of your existing first aiders are due to revalidate at the same time. Basingstoke sits on the M3 between Junctions 6 and 7, so we can easily reach Tadley, Hook, Overton, Whitchurch and into north Hampshire. On-site delivery is usually the most cost-effective option, with weekday, evening and split-shift schedules available to suit shift-pattern teams. The 2-day Requalification course is recognised as the correct refresher route for first aiders whose original FAW certificate was issued by any reputable training provider and is still in date, or within HSE's recommended 28-day grace period after expiry. Once that grace period has passed you'll need to retake the full 3-day FAW course. We bring all manikins, AED trainers and consumables — you provide a room large enough for practical work.
