What is First Aid at Work Requalification?
First Aid at Work Requalification is a 2-day (12 hour) course for those whose FAW certificate is due to expire or has recently expired. It covers the same comprehensive syllabus as the initial 3-day course but is delivered at a faster pace, as learners are expected to be familiar with the topics.
This course enables you to maintain your qualification as a workplace first aider under the Health and Safety (First Aid) Regulations 1981. You will refresh and update your knowledge of emergency first aid procedures, including CPR, AED use, managing injuries, and responding to medical emergencies.
Successful completion extends your certification for another 3 years, ensuring you remain compliant and confident in your first aid skills.
